Dr. Mosher is one of the few fellowship-trained adult reconstruction (joint replacement) surgeons in North Alabama with offices in Athens, Decatur, Madison, and Huntsville. He is the ONLY fellowship-trained adult reconstruction surgeon with an office in Athens or Decatur.

Areas of Expertise

Dr. Mosher specializes in complex hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty/replacement, minimally-invasive direct anterior total hip arthroplasty and quad-sparing total knee arthroplasty, partial knee arthroplasty, robotic arthroplasty, prosthetic joint infections, and periprosthetic fractures.

Dr. Mosher seeks to individually evaluate each patient and will work with each patient to find the best treatment option (operative or nonoperative) for their specific situation.

Dr. Zachary Mosher is a fellowship-trained joint replacement surgeon serving Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Athens, and the surrounding areas. His areas of expertise include first-time and revision hip, knee, and shoulder replacement. He also has a keen interest in fracture care and general orthopaedics.
